Delivery and Returns Information
If you live in New Zealand
Within New Zealand, orders are delivered by courier $8 per order/destination regardless of the number of items ordered. Allow approximately 2 working days to most urban addresses or post office boxes. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for Rural Delivery (or you may wish to specify an alternative, urban address for delivery in the DELIVER TO field). Within New Zealand we use Courier Post who delivers as “signature not required”.
If you would like us to send an order overseas on your behalf, we will deduct GST and add airmail insured postage. If sending to the UK we will also add VAT, where applicable, to ensure speedy delivery through UK Customs.You will see the total cost at checkout before confirming your order with us.
All Overseas orders are delivered by insured airmail post. Delivery times are approximately:
- Australia: 6-10 days.
- USA, UK, South East Asia and South Pacific: 7-10 days.
- Canada and Europe: 10-14 days.
- Rest of World: 10+ days depending upon destination.

Ensure that you select Australia from the currency selector found at the top of the page and prices will be shown including insured airmail postage to your door or post office box. Please allow approx. 6-10 days for delivery.
If you live in USA/Canada/East Asia or Japan
Ensure that you select United States from the currency selector found at the top of the page and prices will be shown including insured airmail postage to your door or post office box.
- USA & East Asia – please allow approx. 7-10 days for delivery.
- Canada – please allow approx. 10-14 days for delivery.
If you live in the United Kingdom (Great Britain & Northern Ireland)
Ensure that you select Great Britain from the currency selector found at the top of the page and prices will be shown including VAT where applicable and insured airmail postage to your door or post office box. We have included VAT in our UK prices to ensure speedy delivery through UK customs. Please allow approx. 7-10 days for delivery.
If you live in Continental Europe or Ireland
Ensure that you select Euro from the currency selector found at the top of the page and prices will be shown including insured airmail postage to your door or post office box. Please allow approx. 10-14 days for delivery.
If you live anywhere else
Please select New Zealand from the currency selector found at the top of the page and prices will be quoted in NZ$ and exclude postage. We will deduct NZ GST (sales tax 15%) and add insured airmail postage to your door or post office box. You will see the total cost at checkout before confirming your order with us. Please allow approx. 10+ days for delivery.
ORDER ENQUIRIES & AMENDMENTS
If you know your Order Number please Contact Us for urgent resolution to your enquiry.
If you don't have your Order Number then please check if you can find the Order Confirmation email which includes a link to the enquiry page.
If you don't know the Order Number and the Order Confirmation email has been lost, please use the Enquiry Form on the Contact Us page but give us enough details so we can identify your order in our system, ie the name and address of the person who placed the order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All goods are guaranteed 100%. If you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply return the goods (unwanted goods in new condition, or faulty goods) within 12 months, and we will exchange, replace, or refund you by your original payment method.
If you wish to exchange, or get a refund for, an unwanted product, then return it to us in new condition with a completed Returns Form (see below). Returning the product to us will be at your expense and we will promptly send the requested exchange to you. You will be credited in full for the returned items and recharged for the new products. Refunds for unwanted goods are made less the postage component of the original purchase price.
However, if we have made an error, or the goods are faulty, please contact us straight away, within the 12 month guarantee period, so that we can arrange return postage and exchange or full refund. You can email us any time at email@example.com or call one of the free phone numbers below.
Please note that if the products you wish to exchange were received as a gift please ensure that you supply us with the name and address of the original purchaser on the Returns Form.

In some instances there may be small variations to the price shown on your credit card statement from the price you have paid for your order (usually just a few cents/pence and can often work in your favour). This is because of the time delay, and subsequent exchange rate fluctuation, between the day we charge your card and the day your credit card company charges your account. A surcharge may also be added by some credit card companies for international currency transactions. Despite the fact that we adjust the daily exchange rate in favour of the customer to try and prevent any apparent overcharges, this is something we cannot control.
CUSTOMS DUTY AND SALES TAXES (EXCL UK)
On some occasions customs services inspect parcels which may result in duty and sales tax being applied. We at New Zealand Nature have no control over this and unfortunately it remains the responsibility of the individual customer.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
Our website uses the industry standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encode sensitive information like your credit card number while it passes through the internet.
Your name and details will be kept private in compliance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993. Nobody else will have access to your private details and we do not sell nor distribute your personal information to any third parties.
Telephone numbers and email addresses allow us, if required, to contact you about your order.
Your email address will only be used by the New Zealand Nature Company to do the following:
- acknowledge receipt of your order
- email a copy of your invoice/packing slip
- to email any correspondence relating to your order as required
- AND, for email newsletters.
