INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are sent by airmail insured post and will be delivered by your local postal service. Delivery times listed below are approximate. Most orders are despatched the same working day we receive them.
USA/Canada/East Asia & Japan
Ensure that you select USD from the currency selector drop down box (available from the top right hand side of each page) and prices will be shown including airmail insured postage to your door or post office box.
USA & East Asia – please allow approx. 7-10 days for delivery.
Canada – please allow approx. 10-14 days for delivery.
United Kingdom (Great Britain & Northern Ireland)
Ensure that you select GBP from the currency selector drop down box available to use on each page and prices will be shown including airmail insured postage to your door or post office box.
UK - please allow approx. 7-10 days for delivery.
Continental Europe & Ireland
Ensure that you select Euro from the currency selector drop down box available to use on each page and prices will be shown including airmail insured postage to your door or post office box.
Ireland - please allow approx. 10-14 days for delivery.
Continental Europe – please allow approx. 10-14 days for delivery.
Australia
Ensure that you select Australia from the currency selector drop down box available to use on each page and prices will be shown including airmail insured postage to your door or post office box.
Australia - please allow approx. 4-6 days for delivery.
Rest Of World
Please use the New Zealand currency where prices are quoted in NZ$ and exclude airmail insured postage to your door or post office box. We will deduct NZ GST (sales tax 12.5%) and add airmail insured postage which is a function of weight. (If you wish to know what this postage is prior to placing an order, please email us sales@nznature.co.nz). Please allow approx. 10+ days for delivery.
Pricing Fluctuations
Prices will, in most cases, be a few cents less than expected because of exchange rate fluctuations between the time we charge your credit card and the time your credit card company bills you on your regular statement. A surcharge may also be added by some credit card companies for overseas currency transactions. Despite the fact that we adjust the daily exchange rate in favour of the customer to try and prevent any apparent overcharges, it is something we cannot control.
If this happens to you, and although we are not responsible for the discrepancy, in the interest of customer goodwill we will assign the value of the discrepancy as a credit for a future order.
Customs Duty & Sales Taxes
Any customs charges or sales taxes upon entry to your country are excluded from our prices. Should you be charged customs/sales tax please let us know so that we can learn and be better prepared.
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
Within New Zealand, orders are delivered by courier $6 per order/destination regardless of the number of items ordered. Allow approximately 2 working days to most urban addresses or post office boxes. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for Rural Delivery (You may wish to specify an alternative, urban address for delivery in the “DELIVER TO” field.). Within New Zealand we use both Courier Post and Fastways services who deliver as “signature not required”.
If you would like to send an order overseas on your behalf, we will deduct GST and add airmail insured postage which is a function of weight. If you wish to know what this postage is prior to placing an order, please email us sales@nznature.co.nz
All Overseas orders are delivered by airmail insured post. Delivery times are approximately:
* Australia: 4-6 days.
* USA+South East Asia+South Pacific: 7-10 days.
* Canada: 10-14 days. UK: 7-10 days.
* Europe: 10-14 days.
* Rest of World: 10+ days depending upon destination.
ORDER ENQUIRIES & AMENDMENTS
If you know your ORDER Number please Contact Us for urgent resolution to your enquiry.
If you don't then please check if you can find the Order Confirmation email which includes a link to the enquiry page.
If you don't know the Order Number and the Order Confirmation email has been lost, please also use the Order Enquiry form but give us enough details so we can identify your order in our system.
WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
Guarantee: Returns, Exchanges, Refunds: We try to do the right thing and give the benefit of the doubt in all instances. It is our goal to exceed your expectations. If you're not happy with any of our products, simply return it to us within 12 months of order date and we'll promptly exchange it or issue a refund, whichever you prefer, unless of course the product has already been in daily use without problems, or has been subjected to extraordinary wear and tear. All clothing (and slippers and boots) must be returned in new condition.
For example, please do not wear a garment or pair of sheepskin boots for a couple of weeks and then return it for a refund.
Please email us first and let us know it is coming. If the problem is our fault, we will pay the return postage to us, but you must let us know first. If you are returning it for exchange, it is your expense to get it back to us. If you are returning something for a refund, it is your expense plus the cost to send it to you in the first instance. You can also call us on one of our international freephone numbers.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All goods are guaranteed 100%. If you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply return the goods to us in original condition within 12 months, and we will exchange it, replace it, or refund you by crediting your card or by sending you a cheque.
- New Zealand customers please check and print out the Returns Form and send it with the items to be returned.
- Overseas Customers please email us or call us first to obtain your returns reference code so that we can give you all the details you need to ensure we process your return or refund correctly.
Refunds are made less courier or postal charges - if we have made an error or caused a problem, we will pay for the return postage. You can email us anytime at sales@nznature.co.nz or call one of the free phone numbers below.
