Guarantee: Returns, Exchanges, Refunds: We try to do the right thing and give the benefit of the doubt in all instances. It is our goal to exceed your expectations. If you're not happy with any of our products, simply return it to us within 12 months of order date and we'll promptly exchange it or issue a refund, whichever you prefer, unless of course the product has already been in daily use without problems, or has been subjected to extraordinary wear and tear. All clothing (and slippers and boots) must be returned in new condition.
For example: please do not wear a garment or pair of sheepskin boots for a couple of weeks and then return it for a refund.
Please email us first and let us know it is coming. If the problem is our fault, we will pay the return postage to us, but you must let us know first. If you are returning it for exchange, it is your expense to get it back to us. If you are returning something for a refund, it is your expense plus the cost to send it to you in the first instance. You can also call us on one of our international freephone numbers.

All goods are guaranteed 100%. If you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply return the goods to us in original condition within 12 months, and we will exchange it, replace it, or refund you by crediting your card or by sending you a cheque.
* New Zealand customers please check and print out the Returns Form and send it with the items to be returned.
* Overseas Customers please email us or call us first to obtain your returns reference code so that we can give you all the details
you need to ensure we process your return or refund correctly.
Refunds are made less courier or postal charges - if we have made an error or caused a problem, we will pay for the return postage. You can email us anytime at sales@nznature.co.nz or call one of the free phone numbers below.
