Two interlocking spiral tablemats / trivets / pot stands made from precious and ancient New Zealand kauri wood recovered from Northland swamps.
These ancient New Zealand tree giants fell and were submerged into swampland around 5,000 years ago, where they were preserved in the ground until now.
Protect your bench top or table in style. Use separately for two pot stands, or together for one. A wonderful gift that is uniquely New Zealand.
This pot stand is made from offcuts of swamp kauri to ensure there is no waste of this precious resource. Each piece measures approx 21cm / 8¼ inches long. Presented in a giftbox.
Note: the timber colour may vary from that pictured, depending on the age of the timber.
